Let Only - 50% of the first months rent. £450 minimum fee applies

Our Let Only Service includes the following:

Advertising and marketing your property to rent

Accompanying viewings and negotiating offers

Referencing prospective tenants - we use Homelet referencing which includes: credit check, landlord reference, financial check.  Should your Tenant default on their rent within the 12 month period then HomeLet will deal with the eviction process from start to finish. Rent guarantee insurance is also available through Homelet

Preparing tenancy agreements and registering the deposit with the TDS or Reposit (deposit replacement scheme)

Sending annual Gas Safety Record reminders

Property Management - 10% of the monthly rent

Our Property Management Service includes the following (in addition to the Let Only Service):

Arranging Property Safety checks  

Property Visits

Rent Collection

Provision of monthly statements

Notifications to utility companies and council tax

Check out of tenants at the end of a tenancy

Arrange any maintenance/repairs with Trades as necessary

Negotiate end of tenancy and deposit
