Our Service to You

We pride ourselves in giving the best service to tenants. We have a duty of care to tenants and we take this very seriously. We want you to treat any property we find you as your home and it is our goal that you be very happy there.  We will react promptly to any issue that you tell us about and will work with your landlord to find the most appropriate solution to any problem. 


What is involved in renting a property through Grylls Adams Lettings and Property Management?


Arrange a viewing on the property/properties of your choice


If you wish to make an offer on a property the following needs to be completed:

Complete a subject to contract letter

Fill in an application form (one per tenant)

Supply a copy of your picture ID

Pay a sum equivalent to one weeks rent as a reservation fee (this will be used as advance rent and is refundable should the landlord change their mind at any time, EXCEPT, in the case of failed references. In the case of failed references the cost of the reference check will be deducted)


We DO NOT charge ANY tenant application fees. 


On acceptance of your offer by the landlord you will be emailed a HOMELET reference form to complete and you will be asked to provide further ID, including utility bills and a copy of your passport. 


Once you have passed referencing (this usually takes up to 5 working days) we will agree a move in date with you and then we will email you the tenancy agreement for you to sign. 


Once the remainder of the first months rent and deposit (5 weeks rent) is paid we will hand over the keys to your new home.
